BruntWork is seeking an Enrolments Sales Consultant to be the first point of contact for prospective students and families, guiding them from enquiry to application and payment with a consultative approach. You will understand goals, recommend programs including full-time and online offerings, and help convert warm leads into confirmed enrolments.
This independent contractor position offers permanent work from home with standard hours Monday to Friday 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM AEDT (35 hours per week).
As an Enrolments Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students and their families, helping turn enquiries and warm leads into confirmed enrolments. Using a consultative sales approach, you will understand each student’s goals, recommend the most suitable training program, and guide them through the journey from initial enquiry through to application, offer acceptance and payment.
Our client is a performing arts training provider based at The Entertainment Quarter, Moore Park, Sydney.
Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM AEDT, with 1 hour unpaid break (35 work hours per week)
Convert inquiries into enrolments through outbound calls, emails and structured follow-up with warm leads
Hold consultative conversations with prospective students and parents or guardians to understand their goals, handle objections and recommend the right program, including full-time training and online offerings
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly enrolment targets set by management
Manage your pipeline from first contact through to application, offer acceptance and payment
Build strong rapport with prospective students and families, with clear communication and excellent service at every step
Nurture long-term leads who aren't ready to enroll yet through structured follow-up campaigns aligned with intake and audition periods
Keep accurate CRM records by logging all communications, lead statuses and student interactions daily
Assess applicant eligibility against program entry requirements, including audition or placement processes where applicable, in line with compliance and regulatory obligations
Work with the admissions, academic, finance and website teams to streamline onboarding, offers and payments for new students
Support marketing by feeding back common questions, objections and lead trends to inform campaigns and messaging
1 to 3 years' experience in inside sales, course advising, telemarketing or recruitment
Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g. Monday.com) and video platforms such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams
Confident making high-volume outbound calls and closing enrolments while staying resilient under target pressure
Experience in the education or training sector, or in an enrolment-based or community-driven organisation
Knowledge of, or genuine interest in, performing arts and dance, musical theatre or creative industries
A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communication or a related field
Experience with international student enrolments
