Job summary

BruntWork is seeking an E-commerce Catalog Specialist to transform daily inventory into polished listings for eBay and Shopify, while handling customer inquiries across platforms. Remote, part-time role operates on US nighttime hours to support daily listings each morning.

You will own the end-to-end listing process with cross-listing software and may take on admin tasks like social media management or bookkeeping.

Qualifications

• Experience with e-commerce platforms (eBay, Shopify, or similar)

• Familiarity with cross-listing software tools
• Reliable internet connection and consistent schedule

Responsibilities

• Receive daily product photography and information for 3 to 30+ golf clubs that need to be listed
• Create and publish product listings using cross-listing software that automatically distributes to eBay, Shopify, Facebook Marketplace, and other platforms
• Manage customer support inquiries across all e-commerce accounts including order status, shipping questions, and defect resolution
• Monitor and respond to customer requests in a timely manner to maintain high service standards
• Maintain organized records of listed inventory and customer interactions
• Adapt to varying workload volumes based on daily inventory intake
• Communicate regularly with the team through video meetings and updates
• Take on additional administrative tasks such as social media management or bookkeeping as needed to support business operations

Job Overview

As an E-commerce Catalog Specialist for eBay and Shopify storefronts, you will be the backbone of our client's online operations, transforming daily inventory into polished e-commerce listings while keeping customers happy. Working during their off-hours, you will ensure that every morning they wake up to a fully listed inventory ready to sell. You will own the end-to-end listing process using cross-listing software and manage customer support inquiries across multiple platforms, allowing the in-store team to focus on what they do best.

Schedule:

Remote, Part Time | Monday - Friday, 9:00 PM - 1:00 AM EST (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities:
