Job Overview

Our client is looking for a motivated Customer Support Associate (Insurance) to support customer service, quoting, and policy-related tasks for pilots and aircraft owners. This role sits at the intersection of aviation, technology, and insurance, working closely with the client's sales and product teams. No aviation or insurance background is required — strong customer service skills, tech-savviness, and excellent English are the priority.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, Flexible during EST Business hours (20 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Communicate with pilots and aircraft owners regarding insurance coverage.
• Assist customers through the quoting and policy purchase process.
• Support customer retention and relationship management.
• Help with technical policy changes and payment processing.
• Learn aviation insurance products and basic terminology on the job.
