Job summary

Resolv Global in Dagupan City is seeking compassionate Wellness Coordinators to join our healthcare support team onsite. You will conduct daily outbound calls to U.S.-based patients, provide wellness reminders, and document every interaction with accuracy and care.

The role emphasizes empathy, organization, and reliable follow-through within defined workflows, ensuring high-quality patient engagement and compliant handling of information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in patient-facing healthcare, patient experience, wellness, care coordination, or similar role.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and compassionately with patients.
• Ability to follow structured processes, workflows, and escalation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily outbound calls to U.S.-based patients according to established outreach schedules.
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically with patients.
• Build rapport and encourage patients to remain engaged with wellness programs.
• Provide patient education, reminders, support, and follow-up.
• Coordinate wellness services and follow-up activities as required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Document every interaction, including call outcomes and next steps.
• Follow approved call workflows, processes, and quality standards.
