You will conduct outbound calls, provide reminders and wellness support, coordinate services, and maintain HIPAA-compliant records while meeting quality and reliability targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or nursing is required/preferred.
• 1–2 years in patient-facing healthcare or wellness roles.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication.
• Ability to conduct frequent outbound calls and maintain consistent follow-up.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation.
• Comfortable following structured processes, workflows, and escalation procedures.

Responsabilités

• Conduct daily outbound calls to U.S.-based patients per schedules.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with patients.
• Build rapport and encourage ongoing engagement with wellness programs.
• Provide patient education, reminders, support, and follow-up.
• Coordinate wellness services and follow-up activities as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Document all interactions, outcomes, and next steps.
• Follow approved call workflows and quality standards.
• Identify patient concerns and escalate appropriately.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and admin teams.
