Job summary

Confidentiel is seeking a Wellness Lead to design, implement and continuously improve a comprehensive wellbeing program that integrates wellbeing into daily work life. You will promote holistic wellbeing, identify early signs of ill health, and ensure access to resources for employees across office and remote environments.

You will collaborate with people leaders and employees, train managers to support teams, and use data to measure impact, drive engagement, and foster a healthy workplace

Qualifications

• Graduate degree or higher in clinical psychology, counseling, or related health field.
• Experience leading wellness initiatives or function.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement innovative wellness programs and interventions.
• Evaluate program quality using data and metrics.
• Train People leaders to support wellbeing with confidence.
• Create wellness resources and communicate with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with wellness partners to deliver services.
• Conduct risk analyses and ensure regulatory compliance where applicable.
