Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic accounting, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and extended hours if needed.
• Experience in the wellness, skincare, or aesthetic industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of branch sales targets.
• Implement marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and local visibility.
• Coordinate with marketing teams on promotional campaigns and programs.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through engagement and retention strategies.
• Ensure compliance with accounting and cashiering procedures.
• Monitor and manage inventory, including stock replenishment.
• Prepare and submit required sales and operational reports on time.
• Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring adherence to company standards.
• Ensure all equipment and machines are operational.
• Maintain adequate stock levels for both retail and clinic use.
• Supervise and support branch personnel to ensure efficient staffing and performance.
• Monitor administrative requirements, including permits and payroll documents.
• Coordinate with HR, IT, Logistics, and other departments.
• Represent the company in official functions and perform other duties as assigned.
