Job summary

Treasure Island Industrial Corp. in Cebu seeks an HR Employee Wellness & Wellbeing Officer to address welfare concerns, coordinate initiatives, and support psychosocial wellbeing. You will facilitate programs that promote physical, emotional, social, and overall quality of work life for employees.

Ensure wellness programs align with company values and policies, maintain confidentiality, and document concerns and interventions as required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, other Social Sciences or any related course.
• 1-4 years' experience in Employee Wellness & Wellbeing.
• Experience in programs that promote a healthy, supportive, safe, and engaging workplace is an preferred.

Responsibilities

• Addressing employee welfare concerns, coordinating employee assistance initiatives, supporting psychosocial wellbeing, and facilitating programs that enhance employees' physical, emotional, social, and overall quality of work life.
• Ensures that employee welfare programs are aligned with the organization's values, policies, and business objectives, while maintaining confidentiality and appropriate documentation of employee concerns and interventions.
