Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking a Psychologist/Guidance Counselor for Cebu onsite to serve as Wellbeing and Resilience Deputy Manager. You will lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of wellbeing programs for employees at the Cebu location, collaborating with business and operations teams and external vendors.

Qualifications

• PRC license (RPsy or RGC) required.
• Master’s degree in a clinical field with 3+ years of clinical experience after graduation.
• Strong interest in mental health, resilience, coping skills and positive psychology.

Responsibilities

• Proactively assist in the development, implementation, management and evaluation of the Wellbeing and Resilience Programs for all employees at the Cebu location.
• Liaison with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of Wellbeing and Resilience programs.
• Maintain open communication and timely feedback to support program success.
