Job summary

Tyler Technologies is seeking a Software Support Representative to provide support for clients on our products. You will resolve easy-to-moderate issues through data analysis, troubleshooting, and collaboration, ensuring timely responses across phone, chat, or email channels.

The role is hybrid and requires weekend work (Saturday/Sunday) with flexibility to work on Friday or Monday, supporting clients globally from our Manila location.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of work experience in a customer service/technical support environment is preferred.
• Exceptional customer service aptitude is required.
• Experience in a high-volume call center is preferred.
• Ability to work in a team environment to collaborate on resolving issues.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound phone, chat, or email software support for easy-to-moderate client inquiries and problems.
• Record all details and progress in incident tracking systems.
• May submit client issues to the development team for resolution.
• Perform Quality Assurance testing for software module upgrades/changes.
• Create or enhance documentation throughout the support process.
