oCommerce in Mumbai is seeking a Web Development Manager to lead the web development team while staying hands-on in building and improving ecommerce experiences across our brands.

You will architect Shopify storefronts, mentor engineers, ensure code quality and timely delivery, collaborate with marketing and leadership, and drive performance, security, and scalable integrations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional web development experience.
• Experience leading or mentoring development teams.
• Experience with React and modern frontend frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Shopify development and Liquid.
• Experience building custom apps and API integrations.
• Solid understanding of databases, backend architecture, and cloud services.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows.
• Strong understanding of website performance optimization.
