Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in wealth management or related financial services.
• Experience with High-Net-Worth clients preferred.
• Strong understanding of asset allocation, portfolio construction, and risk management.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop customized portfolio recommendations based on clients’ financial objectives, risk tolerance, liquidity requirements, and investment horizons.
• Review client portfolios to identify diversification, risk mitigation, and performance enhancement opportunities.
• Assess concentration risk and suitability of investment products to align with client objectives.
• Collaborate with Wealth Advisory Director in designing model portfolios, investment frameworks, and client-specific wealth solutions.
• Conduct regular portfolio review meetings and communicate portfolio performance to clients.
• Support business development by assisting relationship managers in client acquisition and retention efforts.
• Build relationships with distribution partners, relationship managers, and other stakeholders.
