Job summary

UnionBank Financial Services and Insurance Brokerage Inc. in Makati seeks a Relationship Manager-UFSI to manage client relationships, align investments with objectives, and grow assets under management.

The role focuses on proactive client engagement, compliance, and meeting sales targets in a client-facing capacity. You will respond to inquiries, generate referrals, and pursue cross-sell opportunities across cards, loans, and other financial products, while maintaining a strong control

Qualifications

• Licensure with SEC/FI preferred; willingness to obtain licensure.
• Experience or knowledge in investment/wealth management is desirable.
• Existing client portfolio is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive portfolio actions through proactive client engagement.
• Respond to investment-related or transactional queries.
• Generate referrals for new-to-bank clients.
• Identify and pursue cross-sell opportunities for cards, loans, and other products.
• Attend internal and external market outlook briefings regularly.
• Conduct portfolio reviews for clients daily.
• Complete compliance-related deliverables including due diligence and surveillance.
• Review daily production and evaluate impact on scorecards.
