Job summary

UnionBank is seeking a Relationship Manager for UFSI in Cebu City to acquire, manage, and grow a portfolio of affluent clients by offering suitable investment solutions aligned with their goals and risk profiles.

You will drive investment revenue, deliver insurance solutions, deepen client relationships, and ensure regulatory and internal risk controls are strictly observed while delivering high-quality service to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of financial markets and wealth management products.
• Proven ability to acquire and grow high net worth client portfolios.
• Strong presentation and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of investment and wealth management clients.
• Conduct client financial and investment needs analysis and assess objectives.
• Proactively monitor markets and translate insights into client opportunities.
• Perform regular portfolio reviews and identify opportunities for insurance and investments.
• Achieve sales, revenue, and client growth targets while maintaining compliance.
• Ensure timely KYC, AML and other regulatory requirements.
• Deliver high level client service and resolve client concerns promptly.
