Job summary

UnionBank is seeking a Relationship Manager for UFSI in Cebu City to acquire, manage, and grow a portfolio of affluent clients by offering suitable investment solutions aligned with their goals and risk profiles.

You will drive investment revenue, deliver insurance solutions, deepen client relationships, and ensure regulatory and internal risk controls are strictly observed while delivering high-quality service to clients.

What You'll Do

• Develop and manage a portfolio of investment and wealth management clients.
• Conduct client financial and investment needs analysis, including assessment of financial objectives, risk appetite, and investment horizon.
• Proactively monitor financial markets and investment trends and translate relevant market insights into meaningful client conversations and investment opportunities.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and maintain ongoing engagement with clients to identify prospects for insurance and protection needs, as well additional investment opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales, revenue, client acquisition, and portfolio growth targets.
• Ensure complete and timely documentation and strict adherence to KYC, AML, suitability, compliance, and other regulatory requirements.
• Deliver a consistently high level of client service and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
• Continuously enhance investment knowledge and professional capabilities to provide relevant and high-quality client advisory services.
