Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
• At least 1 year of client service experience in banking/FS.
• Experience supporting clients via phone, email or digital channels.
• Exposure to wealth management platforms a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication to explain complex info.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing processes and regulations.

• At least 1 year of client service experience in banking, financial services, wealth management, or related industries.

• Experience supporting clients through phone, email, or digital channels.

• Exposure to retail banking, wealth management platforms, Salesforce, Client Central, or similar systems is an advantage.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and professionally.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing processes, systems, and regulations.

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

• Collaborative mindset and ability to build effective working relationships with clients and colleagues.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Amenable to working on a night shift schedule.

• Willing to work onsite in Taguig City.
