Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Taguig is seeking a Wealth & Banking Service Specialist to own the client experience, resolve requests across channels, and become the expert on wealth and banking products. This onsite night-shift role requires building deep product knowledge and navigating regulatory changes confidently.

You will deliver tailored solutions for high-net-worth clients, uphold compliance, and act as the primary contact for clients and advisors in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Accounting, Banking.
• At least one year of client service experience in banking, financial services, or wealth management.
• Exposure to retail banking or wealth platforms like Client Central or Salesforce is a strong advantage.
