Revaya is seeking a skilled Wayfair E-Commerce Specialist to manage and grow our Wayfair presence. You will handle product listings, catalog optimization, SEO, advertising, campaigns, and inventory syncing to boost sales and marketplace performance.

The role requires independent work, data analysis, and support across data mapping, onboarding, app integrations, and basic photo editing, with operations aligned to U.S. business hours.

• Experience with Wayfair platform and marketplace operations.
• Experience with product listings, catalog management, optimization, and data mapping.
• Experience with SEO, advertising, campaigns, deals, and promotions.
• Understanding of product and inventory synchronization.
• Experience with new product onboarding and uploading.

• Manage and optimize the company’s Wayfair account and day-to-day marketplace operations.
• Manage product listings, catalog information, descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images.
• Perform SEO optimization to improve product visibility and marketplace performance.
• Manage and support advertising, deals, promotions, and campaigns to help increase sales.
• Identify opportunities to improve product performance, conversion, and overall marketplace sales.
• Handle new product onboarding, uploading, and data mapping.
• Monitor the syncing of new products, product information, and inventory across systems.
• Process orders and ensure timely and accurate updates within the platform.
• Provide customer support related to marketplace inquiries and order issues.
