RemoteVA is seeking an experienced Wayfair Account Manager to set up, manage, and grow multiple Wayfair accounts. You will handle catalog management, pricing, inventory, and marketplace operations to maximize performance.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Wayfair account experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure listings and orders are managed properly.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Wayfair Account Manager to set up, manage, and grow multiple Wayfair accounts. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Wayfair seller accounts, product catalog management, pricing, inventory, and marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage multiple Wayfair accounts.
• Build, upload, and maintain accurate product catalogs.
• Optimize product listings, pricing, content, and product availability.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate fulfillment.
• Ensure compliance with Wayfair marketplace requirements.
• Monitor account performance and resolve listing or account issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure products and orders are managed properly.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing Wayfair accounts.
• Hands-on experience with Wayfair account setup and product catalog management.
• Knowledge of marketplace operations, inventory, pricing, and fulfillment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to manage multiple accounts independently.
• Shopify experience is a strong advantage.
• E-commerce or marketplace management experience preferred.
