Job summary

RemoteVA seeks an experienced Wayfair Account Manager to set up, manage, and grow multiple Wayfair accounts. You will oversee catalogs, pricing, and inventory while coordinating fulfillment and ensuring compliance with marketplace requirements.

You will monitor performance, resolve issues, and collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth product and order flow. Shopify experience is a strong plus for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Wayfair accounts and seller portals.
• Hands-on experience with Wayfair account setup and product catalog management.
• Knowledge of marketplace operations including inventory, pricing, and fulfillment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to manage multiple accounts independently.
• Shopify experience is a strong advantage.
