Job summary

Electrical Equipment & System Integration, Inc. (EESI) seeks a Network Operation Manager to oversee the day-to-day technical management of the water distribution network and pumping facilities, translating the roadmap into concrete field actions.

You will coordinate with process and treatment teams, monitor performance indicators, and organize the technical workforce to ensure stable, sustainable water supply and timely CAPEX execution.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in water/wastewater treatment.
• Experience in Municipal (MWSS / MWCI) or Industrial sector.

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuity of supply by organizing daily operations and 24-hour coverage.
• Manage high-risk events (turbidity, power failures, outages, leaks, customer incidents) to maintain service.
• Apply decisions on priorities: stabilization vs CAPEX prep.
• Monitor performance: track pressure, flows, interruptions, leak incidences; report to management.
• Assess organization and optimize staffing; define roles and responsibilities.
• Coordinate with process & treatment teams; organize workshops; split sessions with stakeholders.
