Job summary

Responsibilities

• Attend to queries regarding New Connection Re-application, Reconnection, and Voluntary disconnection.
• Preparation of complaints’ Maintenance order.
• Issuance of receipts for Water District old accounts.
• Entertain and process Filing Application forms.
• Update Senior Citizen status.
• Conduct seminar for New Connection applicants.
• Other ad hoc task that may be assigned from time to time by immediate Superior and/or Branch Manager.
