Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a capable engineer or related degree holder to manage repair schedules under PMD Warranty Services. You will coordinate with multiple departments to mobilize and execute repairs, track progress, and keep management informed.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in engineering/architecture/PM, at least six months of related experience, and strong organizational skills. Proficiency in scheduling tools and MS Office is required; work will be at Park Residences

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the repair schedule for units under PMD Warranty Services.
• Coordinate with PMD and other departments for timely repair execution.
• Track progress to meet defined turnaround times (TAT).
• Provide regular status updates to Management and teams.
• Ensure safety, quality, and company guidelines during repairs.
• Review supplier billings and documents for accuracy.
• Coordinate payment milestones for supplier and manpower services.
• Monitor materials for QRT works.

Job description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and monitor the repair schedule of units with minor concerns under the PMD Warranty Services coverage.
• Coordinate with different Departments such as PMD Post Turnover Support, PMD Unit Management, Engineering, Finishing, Post Turnover, Buyer Turnover, and maintenance personnel for timely mobilization and execution of repair works.
• Track repair progress to ensure completion within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
• Provide regular status updates and progress reports to Management and other relevant teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and company guidelines during all repair activities.
• Review and validate supplier billings and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to submission.
• Coordinate with concerned teams for the timely processing and tracking of payment milestones related to supplier and manpower services.
• Monitoring of materials for QRT works.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Property Management, or any related field. License is an advantage.
• With at least six (6) months of related experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in scheduling tools and MS Office applications.
• Amenable to work at assigned project: Park Residences (Sta. Rosa, Laguna) or South 1 Residences (Las Pinas)
