Job summary

SM Development Corporation is seeking a capable Repair Coordinator to manage and monitor the repair schedule of units under PMD Warranty Services coverage. The role involves coordinating with PMD Post Turnover Support, Unit Management, Engineering, Finishing, Post Turnover, Buyer Turnover, and maintenance personnel for timely mobilization and execution of repair works.

• 6+ months of related experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in scheduling tools and MS Office applications.
• Amenable to work at Park Residences Sta. Rosa, Laguna or South 1 Residences Las Piñas.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the repair schedule of units under PMD Warranty Services coverage.
• Coordinate with PMD Post Turnover Support, Unit Management, Engineering, Finishing, Post Turnover, Buyer Turnover, and maintenance personnel for timely mobilization and execution of repair works.
• Track repair progress to ensure completion within defined turnaround time (TAT).
• Provide regular status updates and progress reports to Management and relevant teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and company guidelines during all repair activities.
• Review and validate supplier billings and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with teams for timely processing and tracking of payment milestones related to supplier and manpower services.
• Monitor materials for QRT works.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and monitor the repair schedule of units with minor concerns under the PMD Warranty Services coverage.

• Coordinate with different Departments such as PMD Post Turnover Support, PMD Unit Management, Engineering, Finishing, Post Turnover, Buyer Turnover, and maintenance personnel for timely mobilization and execution of repair works.

• Track repair progress to ensure completion within the defined turnaround time (TAT).

• Provide regular status updates and progress reports to Management and other relevant teams.

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and company guidelines during all repair activities.

• Review and validate supplier billings and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to submission.

• Coordinate with concerned teams for the timely processing and tracking of payment milestones related to supplier and manpower services.

• Monitoring of materials for QRT works.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Property Management, or any related field. License is an advantage.

• With at least six (6) months of related experience.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Proficient in scheduling tools and MS Office applications.

• Amenable to work at assigned project: Park Residences (Sta. Rosa, Laguna) or South 1 Residences (Las Pinas)
