Wee Community Developers, Inc. is seeking a Warehouseman to manage materials, inventory, and logistics at the project site or central warehouse in the Philippines.

The role supports project execution by ensuring the availability of the right materials at the right time and maintaining accurate records. You will coordinate with warehouse staff, drivers, and site engineers, inspect deliveries, and ensure safe, efficient storage and handling.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or Bachelor's Degree is required or preferred.
• At least two years of related working experience.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect deliveries to ensure accuracy, quality and quantity.
• Report discrepancies to Warehouse Supervisor.
• Prepare, verify and release materials based on MRFs and MIFs.
• Monitor and encode material issuance, delivery and inventory in the system.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Aides, Drivers and Site Engineers on material schedules.
• Ensure proper handling, packing, loading and documentation for delivery.
• Assist in cycle counting and annual inventory activities.
• Manage borrowing and release of tools and equipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and compliance with safety procedures and PPE.

About the role

Here in Wee Community Developers, Inc., a Warehouseman plays a vital role in the smooth functioning of real estate development projects by managing materials, inventory, and logistics at the project site or central warehouse. They act as the backbone of material management, ensuring the availability of the right materials at the right time for seamless project execution.

What you'll do

• Receive and inspect deliveries to ensure the accuracy, quality, and quantity of materials against Delivery Receipts.

• Report delivery discrepancies, damaged goods, and inventory concerns to the Warehouse Supervisor.

• Prepare, verify, and release materials based on approved Materials Request Forms (MRF) and Materials Issuance Forms (MIF).

• Monitor and encode material issuance, delivery, and inventory transactions in the monitoring database.

• Coordinate with Warehouse Aides, Drivers, and Site Engineers regarding material preparation, delivery, and pickup schedules.

• Ensure proper handling, packing, loading, and documentation of materials for delivery.

• Assist in cycle counting and annual inventory activities.

• Monitor and manage the borrowing and release of company-owned tools and equipment.

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, proper material storage, and compliance with safety procedures and PPE requirements.

• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
