Iloilo Southprime Developers, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Aide to help manage materials, inventory, and logistics at the project site or central warehouse in Iloilo.

You will support the Warehouseman in receiving deliveries, issuing materials, and ensuring accurate storage and labeling. The role requires a high school diploma or higher, at least 2 years of related experience, and strong organizational skills.

• At least 2 years of related experience.

• Willing to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Receiving deliveries; assist Warehouseman in receiving deliveries.
• Assist in materials issuance: picking, packing, labeling, and shipping of orders.
• Sort and segregate materials; ensure correct storage and condition.
• Assist in cycle counting and annual inventory activities.
• Ensure compliance with company safety rules during warehouse activities.
• Maintain clean work environment in all storage and work areas.
• Operate forklift (optional) if licensed; assist as truck helper when needed.

About the role

Here in Iloilo Southprime Developers, Inc., a Warehouse Aide plays a vital role in the smooth functioning of real estate development projects by managing materials, inventory, and logistics at the project site or central warehouse. They act as the backbone of material management, ensuring the availability of the right materials at the right time for seamless project execution.

What you'll do

• Receiving Deliveries; Assists the Warehouseman in receiving incoming supplier deliveries.
• Materials Issuance; Assists the Warehouseman in checking the preparation (picking, packing, wrapping, labeling, and shipping) of orders for delivery (Issuance) in a timely manner.
• Sorting and Segregation; Sorts and segregates the materials properly inside the warehouse and identifies which materials are in good condition or for repair or disposal. Segregates the materials correctly in bundles or racks, shelves, bins, and storage boxes according to the standard quantities, sizes, and descriptions.
• Inventory; Assists the Warehouseman in conducting cycle counting activities, assists the Warehouseman while conducting an Annual Inventory activity.
• Safety; Ensures that Company Safety Rules and Regulations are followed in the warehouse/sites during loading and unloading, sorting and segregating, and other warehouse-related activities.
• Housekeeping; Maintains a clean work environment by keeping respective areas, shelves, stacking areas, and workstations neat; Sweep, dust, and mop. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.
• Other tasks/activities; Operates forklift (optional) if licensed and with authorization from the Superior / Safety Officer. Will act as Truck Helper once Warehouse Aide functions are done or if there are delivery to the project site or pick-up from supplier.
