Job summary

Thermovar Pipes Sales and Services is seeking a Warehouse and Purchasing Clerk to support inventory and logistics at our project sites. You will check, receive, release items, and maintain accurate records of deliveries and stock levels.

Responsibilities include safekeeping of tools, ensuring proper stock levels, and filing warehouse documents. At least 1 year of experience in Purchasing/Inventory and Warehouse Management in construction is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of working experience in Purchasing/Inventory and Warehouse Management or equivalent in a construction company.
• Must possess at least a Vocational / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's / College degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for actual checking, receiving, releasing of all purchased items and monitoring of warehouse tools and equipment in project site.
• Responsible for all incoming and outgoing deliveries to be properly hauled and stored, tally with records/documents, and comply with quality standards.
• Responsible for proper issuance, keeping and filing of warehouse documents such as delivery and warehouse receipts, return slips, etc.
• Regularly and accurately keeps and updates inventory records.
• Establishes and maintains efficient stock filing and ensures proper stock levels for each product.
• Responsible for safekeeping and maintenance of tools, repair kits and equipment.
• Responsible for item conversions (assembly/disassembly) of goods at a minimum level.
• Ensures that all goods to be returned comply with item returning procedure.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations, as well as goods and materials, neat.
