Job summary

Commonwealth Foods, Inc. in Cagayan de Oro is seeking a reliable Warehouseman to keep the warehouse clean and orderly while ensuring accurate stock records.

You will prepare orders for delivery, monitor incoming/outgoing items, and maintain inventory reports for audits.

Requires a college degree, at least 2 years of warehouse experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and willingness to work full-time in Cagayan de Oro with direct hire.

• Knowledge in Inventory Control and Documentation.

Responsibilities

• Updates inventory and prepares Daily Issuance and Inventory Report.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitors and checks the quality and quantity of all incoming and outgoing supplies or items/products in the warehouse.


• Maintains and keeps an updated and accurate record of all incoming and outgoing stocks, and ensures that they are properly reported to the Regional Manager.


• Performs inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.


• Reports stocks that are in critical level.


• Conducts regular actual physical count of stocks and report any discrepancies noted on delivered or dispatched items.


• Updates physical inventory and prepares Daily Issuance and Inventory Report.


• Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
