Job summary

Philusa Corporation is seeking candidates for warehouse roles in the Philippines. Responsibilities include picking, packing, and preparing goods for multiple accounts with attention to penalties and RTV checks. You will conduct inventories and coordinate dispatches by trucking, while performing other duties as assigned.

Applicants should have a college degree or TESDA/2-year program, be computer literate, and have knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Prioritize accounts with penalties.
• Ensure correctness of picked, prepared, and packed goods.
• Check RTV from accounts and consignment.
• Conduct mid-year and year-end physical inventories.
• Dispatch goods for delivery by trucking.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by Superior.

Successful candidate/s will be responsible on the following:

• Preparations (picking, preparing, and packing) of goods ordered by various accounts,


• Giving priorities to accounts with penalty,


• Ensure correctness of goods picked, prepared, and packed,


• Checking of Return to Vendor (RTV) coming from accounts outright and consignment,


• To conduct mid-year and year-end physical inventories,


• Dispatching of goods to be delivered by trucking, and


• To perform other duties as may be assigned by Superior.

Job Qualifications:

• College graduate of any course or graduate of a 2-year course, TESDA graduate, or undergraduate.


• Computer literate,


• Has knowledge in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint,


• Has knowledge in SAP, and


• Minimal experience in warehouse job is a plus.
