Growsari Inc. is seeking a warehouse team lead/supervisor to oversee replenishment, pick-pack, and staging operations in our Bulacan facility. The role involves coordinating PSP staff, ensuring accurate order processing, and managing stock flow from inbound to dispatch.

Qualifications

• Must possess 4-year degree or be a vocational graduate.
• Preferably with team lead/supervisory experience in warehouse.
• With 1 year experience in warehouse operation.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Inventory Team Lead for timely replenishment of stocks in shelves.
• Ensures that all stocks available are placed in the picking shelves.
• Delegates and plans the PSP staff’s tasks in pick pack operations.
• Ensures orders are correctly processed and labeled.
• Manages day-to-day fulfillment operations issues.
• Handles backend system issues as needed.
• Ensures proper handling of stocks during pick pack.
• Placing orders to pallets in staging for dispatch.
• Monitor daily schedule and attendance; raise misconduct as needed.
• Trains PSP and Warehouse Staff; fulfills admin/reporting requirements.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Replenishment

• Assists the Inventory Team Lead for timely replenishment of stocks in shelves
• Ensures that all stocks available are placed in the picking shelves

Pick, Scan, Pack

• Delegates and plans the PSP staff’s tasks as needed in the pick pack operations.
• Ensures that all orders are correctly processed and labeled
• Irons out day to day fulfillment operations issues
• Manages the backend system in case of issues
• Ensures proper handling of stocks during the pick pack process

Staging

• Ensures the placing of orders to the right pallets, making sure that everything is ready for dispatch

People Management

• Monitoring of daily schedule and attendance
• Raise any misconduct for disciplinary action
• Trains the PSP staff and Warehouse Staff
• Admin/Reportorial Requirements

Knowledge, Skills And Experience Requirements:

• Tech savvy. Eager to learn new systems and apps specific to Growsari’s needs
• Must possess skills in people management, team building, and communication.

Qualifications, Certifications And Education Requirements:

• Graduate of Any 4 year course or Vocational Graduate
