Responsibilities

• Manage safety: Conduct safety checks, implement safety protocols, and ensure a safe working environment
• Manage shipments: Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including order picking, packing, and shipping
• Manage staff: Hire, train, and supervise warehouse workers
• Lead and supervise a team of warehouse and logistics personnel, providing direction, guidance, and mentorship to ensure a cohesive and motivated workforce.
• Manage daily operations of the warehouse, including inbound and outbound shipments, order picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as procurement, customer service, and fulfillment, to align warehouse activities with business goals and customer expectations.
• Monitor inventory levels, implement demand forecasting, and develop strategies to optimize stock levels, minimize stockouts, and reduce excess inventory.
• Oversee the implementation of inventory management systems and technology tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency in inventory tracking and management.
• Coordinate with logistics partners, carriers, and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation and delivery of goods.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and best practices to maintain a secure and compliant working environment.

• 1x1 Photo White Background
• Birth Certificate or Any Government Valid ID's
• Negative findings from X-ray & Drug test
