Job summary

BOB Performance & Accessories Inc in Santa Maria, Bulacan is seeking a Warehouse Staff to join our growing team. You will assist in daily warehouse operations, handle inventory, and prepare orders for delivery.

The role requires physical fitness, basic computer skills, and the ability to drive a 4-wheel vehicle. Prior warehouse experience (1–2 years) is preferred; valid driving license is highly preferred. Training provided.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse or inventory experience preferred.
• Physically fit and able to lift/move heavy items.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Familiar with common warehouse tools and equipment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use standard software/apps.
• Must know how to drive a 4-wheel vehicle and have a valid driver’s license (preferred).

Job description

We are looking for a Warehouse Staff to join our growing team in Santa Maria, Bulacan. The successful candidate will assist in daily warehouse operations, inventory handling, order preparation, loading and unloading, and delivery-related activities.

Key responsibilities

Assist with daily warehouse operations and activities

Receive, check, organize, and store incoming items

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery

Assist in loading and unloading of stocks and materials

Conduct inventory counting and help maintain accurate inventory records

Ensure proper organization and cleanliness of the warehouse

Handle warehouse tools and equipment properly

Assist with deliveries and other logistics-related activities when assigned

Drive a 4-wheel company vehicle when required

Perform other warehouse-related tasks as assigned

About you

At least 1–2 years of experience in warehouse or inventory work is preferred

Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy items

Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management

Familiar with common warehouse tools and equipment

Basic computer skills

Good communication and teamwork skills

Must know how to drive a 4-wheel vehicle

Valid driver's license is highly preferred

Truck or delivery driving experience is an advantage

Willing to work hands-on and perform various warehouse duties
