Job summary

Asiacargo is seeking a Documentation and Inventory Supervisor to plan, monitor, coordinate, and implement documentation and inventory management, including WMS, to improve efficiency across operations and warehousing services.

You will support inventory counts, client requirements, and billing accuracy while coordinating with support teams to ensure timely and accurate transactons and continuous improvements in processes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4 year Business Course.
• At least 5 years work experience in the same role.
• Experience in inventory management and warehouse operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, coordinate, and implement documentation and inventory management to improve efficiency.
• Conduct inventory control and counts to ensure accuracy and close variances.
• Coordinate with operations to execute facility transactions and meet client requirements.
• Propose and implement improvements to warehouse processes for location accuracy and cycle counting.
