Job Description

The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of their assigned warehouse located in Cavite, ensuring that inventory is received, stored, and distributed correctly. As a full-time role, the Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of warehouse workers, inventory planning, and quality assurance, implementing safety procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory.
• Manage a team of warehouse workers, including scheduling and performance monitoring.
• Plan inventory levels and coordinate warehouse activities to optimize space and throughput.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse area to support efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent work experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain management
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a warehouse or logistics setting
• Able to lift and carry heavy items up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Willing to work in Dasma or Carmona Cavite
