Job summary

You will oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping, troubleshoot issues, coordinate with transportation, conduct cycle counts, and ensure accurate inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise warehouse workers, assign tasks, manage shift schedules, and conduct performance reviews.
• Train and mentor warehouse associates on SOPs, safety protocols, and efficient work practices.
• Address performance issues promptly and provide constructive feedback.
• Motivate the team to meet productivity goals and uphold a positive work environment.

• Investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective measures for accuracy.
• Ensure proper labeling, organization, and stock rotation.
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA regulations; conduct safety inspections; maintain clean warehouse environment.
• Track warehouse metrics and report to the Warehouse Manager; collaborate with purchasing and sales to address supply chain issues promptly.

• Coordinate with transportation teams for timely pickup and delivery scheduling.

Inventory Management

• Supervise inventory control processes, including regular cycle counts and participation in physical inventory activities.




• Investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective measures for improved accuracy.




• Ensure proper labeling, organization, and stock rotation within the warehouse.

Safety and Compliance

• Enforce strict adherence to company safety policies and OSHA regulations.

Reporting and Communication
