Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of warehouse staff, including warehouse workers, sorters, and other support staff.
• Coordinate and oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency, productivity, and safety.
• Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics, including inventory levels, shipping and receiving rates, and order fulfillment rates.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and guidance to warehouse staff.
• Develop and implement training programs to improve warehouse staff skills and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, and maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned, including filling in for absent staff and covering breaks.

Requirements and Skills

• Preferably Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse or related role, demonstrating a successful track record of meeting performance targets.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills, essential for effectively managing warehouse operations and personnel.
