Job summary

Mary Grace Foods, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure food safety, and deliver orders on time.

You will lead a team, enforce GMP and quality standards, and coordinate with production to maintain efficient, compliant workflows. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering and at least 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering or related.
• Minimum of 2 years full-time work experience as Warehouse Supervisor, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Google Applications.
• Knowledgeable in government regulations, GMP, Food Safety, and Quality.
• Background in Baking Science and/or Food Manufacturing is an advantage.

Operations Management

• Leads the department to meet daily job orders on time and in full while enforcing SOPs, food safety, and quality standards.
• Supervises day‑to‑day operations to ensure efficiency and availability of manpower, machines, materials, and methods.
• Generates daily reports to measure team performance.
• Analyzes current operational systems and recommends improvements aligned with company policies and standards.
• Performs other tasks as assigned to support departmental goals.

Food Safety and Quality Compliance

• Ensures workforce practices and operational processes comply with food safety and quality standards.
• Participates in incident investigations related to assigned departments in coordination with the Production Supervisor.
