GAMA Foods Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Baloy, Tablon, Cagayan de Oro. This role leads daily warehouse activities within the Feedmill, ensuring proper receipt, storage, handling, and issuance of materials while maintaining accurate inventories and safety/compliance standards.

The ideal candidate has a BS Industrial Engineering or related degree, with experience in warehouse operations and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering or related course.
• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics is an advantage.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and basic warehouse procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Detail oriented and reliable.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to work in a Feedmill environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and issuance of materials.
• Ensure accurate inventory records and proper stock monitoring.
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, and logistics teams.
• Implement proper warehouse layout, safety, and housekeeping standards.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and reconciliation.
• Prepare warehouse reports and submit to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

The role ensures accurate inventory management, smooth workflow, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
