Job summary

GAMA Foods Corporation is seeking a Plant Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations and lead a team for reliable, safe production at our Baloy, Cagayan de Oro facility.

You will implement preventive maintenance, manage downtime, and ensure machinery operates efficiently to support continuous production. A strong background in mechanical or electrical systems and leadership is essential, with emphasis on safety and team coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a engineering or related field is required.
• 3+ years in maintenance supervision or industrial operations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of machinery, electrical systems, and preventive maintenance.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage teams effectively.
• Good problem-solving, troubleshooting and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations to ensure equipment runs efficiently and safely.
• Supervise maintenance team and coordinate preventive maintenance programs.
• Identify and implement improvements to reduce downtime and increase reliability.

Job Summary

The Plant Maintenance Supervisor oversees the maintenance operations, ensuring all machinery, equipment, and systems operate efficiently and safely. This role is responsible for supervising the maintenance team, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and ensuring minimal downtime to support uninterrupted production.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related course

• At least 3 years of experience in maintenance supervision or industrial operations

• Strong knowledge of machinery, mechanical and electrical systems, and preventive maintenance

• Leadership and team management skills

• Proficient in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and safety standards

• Strong communication and organizational skills
