Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science/Animal Production with 2+ years in poultry farming, plus strong leadership, planning, and data reporting skills. Local meals and accommodation are provided.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate direct reports and identify areas for improvement.
• Train, lead, and monitor farm personnel in feeding, vaccination, biosecurity, sanitation.
• Ensure proper and timely building preparation before flock placement.
• Prepare and submit flock performance, feed consumption, mortality, and farm condition reports.
• Inspect bunkhouses and organize manpower for module cleanliness.

We are looking for a Poultry Farm Module Supervisor who will oversee daily farm operations, ensure proper animal care management, and maintain biosecurity protocols within the assigned module.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science, Animal Production, or any related course

• With at least 2 years of relevant work experience in Farm or Poultry Industry

• Proficient in standardized farm management practices, farm data analysis, and reporting flock data

• Equipped with strong leadership, planning, analytical, and communication skills

• Willing to stay-in at the farm site located in Bukidnon

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conducts periodic evaluation of direct reports and identifies specific areas for improvement

• Trains, leads, and monitors farm personnel in their assigned module in the performance of correct feeding, water management, rearing, laying management, vaccination procedures, biosecurity, and sanitation practices

• Ensures proper and timely building preparation before flock placement

• Prepares and submits accurate farm reports such as flock performance, feed consumption, mortality, and farm conditions

• Inspects the cleanliness of module bunkhouses and surroundings and organizes manpower to ensure assigned module cleanliness
