GAMA Foods Corporation, one of the top three poultry integrators in the Philippines, is seeking a Broiler Cage Supervisor to oversee daily operations and maintenance of broiler cages, ensuring birds are properly housed, fed, and cared for.

The role requires supervising farm personnel, coordinating with farm management to achieve optimal production, animal welfare, and operational efficiency, with on-site stay required at the farm in Bukidnon.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, Poultry Science, or related field.

Job Summary

The Broiler Cage Supervisor will oversee the daily operations and maintenance of broiler cages, ensuring that birds are properly housed, fed, and cared for. This role includes supervising farm personnel, maintaining cage systems, and coordinating with farm management to achieve optimal production, animal welfare, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, Poultry Science, or related course

• At least 1–2 years experience in poultry farm operations or broiler management is an advantage

• Knowledgeable in broiler housing systems, feeding, ventilation, and farm maintenance

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Good problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills

• Willing to stay on-site at the farm
