Job summary

Cebu Atlantic Hardware, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, align team priorities, and resolve stock and process discrepancies.

The role involves coordinating with branches and the DC, addressing receiving and warehouse concerns, and maintaining meticulous documentation of incidents and stock movements. Qualifications include a degree in Industrial Engineering or Operations Management and at least 2 years in retail warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Lead morning assembly to set daily priorities and address recurring issues.
• Resolve unclaimed customer items and determine next steps.
• Coordinate with store branches, DC and Inventory teams on stock quality/quantity and discrepancies.
• Address concerns from Receiving, DIY, Warehouse or DC and provide solutions to prevent recurrence.
• File documents chronologically (pull-outs, stocks, incident reports, etc.).

Job Responsibilities:

• Leads morning assembly of team members to prepare for the day and to discuss priorities, solutions to recurring problems and address issues or concerns so these do not get in the way of work.

• Addresses unclaimed items purchased by the customer to confirm on what is the next step on what to do with the items.

• Coordinates with other store branches or DC regarding stocks, trucks and discrepancies in the quality and quantity of stocks. Coordinates with Inventory Controller and Inventory Staff for accurate system inventory and resolve discrepancies.

• Addresses concerns from Receiving, DIY, Warehouse or DC personnel regarding warehouse operations and provides helpful information to resolve problems and avoid them from recurring.

• Files documents chronologically such as pull-outs, non-trade & trade stocks, incident report, in-house, damage and other important findings on the clearing checklist.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Industrial engineering, Operations Management or its equivalent.

• At least 2 years experience in retail warehousing.
