Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and Associate Degrees in Business, Education, Military, Leadership, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Secondary Education, Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience as an operations supervisor or similar role
• Excellent project management skills
• Knowledge of operational principles and policies
• Experience in implementing operational processes
• Good working knowledge of operational procedures and policies
• Strong project management, administrative management, and organizational skills
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
• Great communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Preparing or ensuring resources are available such as people or information, space, and machine.
• Coaching and evaluation of employee’s performance.
• Prepare KPI’s of employees.
• Support in ensuring that the Quality Management System requirements are being followed and complied.
• Supervise and train employees.
• Provide administrative support (e.g. updating inventory).
