Job summary

Inovus Building Solutions Inc. in Biñan, Laguna is seeking a reliable Warehouse Staff to support the day-to-day operations of our Head Office warehouse.

You will handle receiving, storing, issuing and monitoring materials, maintaining inventory accuracy and safety standards, and coordinating with procurement and logistics teams. You will be responsible for inventory counts, documentation, organization, and proper handling of materials, tools, and equipment, while adhering to safety and process

Qualifications

• Senior High School Graduate (Required).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Warehouse Staff/Storekeeper (Required).
• Physically fit and able to perform manual warehouse duties (Required).
• Able to read, write, and understand basic English and Filipino instructions (Required).
• Can reliably commute to Laguna Technopark, Biñan, Laguna daily (Required).
• Able to complete warehouse forms, inventory records, and related documentation (Required).
• Honest, reliable, and trustworthy.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, tools, equipment, and deliveries.
• Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Prepare and issue materials, tools, and equipment based on approved requests.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movement documentation.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in inventory audits.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards are maintained.
• Monitor stock levels and report low inventory to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Assist in loading, unloading, carrying, and transferring materials when necessary.
• Maintain proper documentation of delivery receipts, issuance forms, and warehouse records.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, and Project Teams regarding material requirements.
