Job summary

Inovus Building Solutions Inc. is seeking a reliable Warehouse Staff to support the Head Office warehouse in Biñan, Laguna. The role covers receiving, storing, issuing, and monitoring materials while ensuring inventory control and organized warehouse spaces.

The candidate should have at least 1 year of warehouse experience, be physically fit for lifting and carrying duties, and able to read and write English and Filipino. Daily commuting to Laguna Technopark, Biñan is required.

Qualifications

• Senior High School graduate is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse role.
• Physically fit for manual duties including lifting and carrying.
• Reads and writes basic English and Filipino.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and deliveries.
• Organize and store inventory in designated locations.
• Prepare and issue materials based on approved requests.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movement docs.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist audits.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization and safety.
• Monitor stock levels and report lows to supervisor.
• Assist in loading, unloading, and handling materials.
• Document delivery receipts and warehouse records.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, and Project Teams
