Job summary

Activation Machine Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Staff to receive, store, and organize goods in designated areas. You will unload deliveries, verify contents against purchase orders, and prepare items for shipping.

You will perform inventory counts, using scanners or a WMS, and help maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace.

The role may require occasional forklift or pallet jack operation and precise attention to detail to prevent mis-shipments.

Qualifications

• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and bend as required.
• Good understanding of shipping and receiving processes and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Receiving & storing: unloading deliveries, verifying contents against purchase orders, and storing items in designated areas.
• Order fulfillment: picking products and packing them for shipping.
• Inventory management: performing counts and using WMS or scanners to keep data up-to-date.
• Equipment operation: safely operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers as needed.
• Safety & maintenance: keeping workspace clean, following PPE protocols, reporting damaged goods.

• Order Fulfillment: Picking products from storage areas and packing them for shipping.
• Inventory Management: Performing inventory counts and using WMS or scanners to keep data up-to-date.
• Equipment Operation: Operating machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely.
• Safety & Maintenance: Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols (PPE), and reporting damaged goods.

Job Requirements & Skills

• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs or more, stand for long periods, and perform bending/stooping.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with barcode scanners and inventory software (WMS).
• Logistics Knowledge: Understanding of shipping and receiving processes.
