Job summary

Shopee is hiring for a Warehouse Operations Associate in Calamba, Laguna. You will help monitor inventory and ensure items move through milestones on schedule, while supporting daily task assignments under the Shift Lead. You will check deliveries, report discrepancies, and document inbound transfers.

• Maintain accurate records of inbound transactions for tracking and reporting.
• Help track attendance and task completion during the shift.
• Assist the Shift Lead in compiling performance data and shift reports.
• Promote adherence to safety and warehouse guidelines during operations.

Requirements:

• Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree
• Preferably with at least 1-2 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or e-commerce operations
• Exposure to warehouse tools, processes, and inventory systems is an advantage
• Detail-oriented and organized; able to follow standard procedures consistently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
• Amenable to work on shifting schedules
• Amenable to being assigned to Canlubang, Calamba, Laguna
