Job summary

Shopee is seeking a Warehouse Assistant in the Philippines to support inventory reception, verification, and transfers. You will assist in daily task assignment, monitor deliveries, and maintain precise inbound records at the Plaridel Bulacan site.

The role requires 1–2 years in warehousing or logistics, a Bachelor’s degree, and proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace. The position involves shift work and on-site duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2 years warehousing, logistics, or e-commerce operations preferred.
• Exposure to warehouse tools and inventory systems is an advantage.
• Must be detail-oriented and organized; able to follow procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Willing to work in Plaridel Bulacan and on shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring inventory to ensure timely progression of items.
• Help assign daily tasks to warehouse staff as directed by Shift Lead.
• Conduct initial checks on deliveries and report discrepancies to Shift Lead or department.
• Ensure timely documentation of received items and internal transfers.
• Maintain accurate records of inbound transactions for tracking and reporting.
• Track attendance and task completion during the shift.
• Assist Shift Lead in compiling performance data and shift reports.
• Promote adherence to safety and warehouse guidelines during operations.
