Job summary

RBT Consulting Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Maintenance Engineer to ensure reliability, efficiency, and safety of all warehouse facilities and equipment. The role oversees preventive and corrective maintenance, monitors infrastructure, and ensures compliance with safety regulations to support continuous warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Licensed Engineer is preferred.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in warehouse maintenance, facilities engineering, or industrial maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs for warehouse equipment and facilities.
• Ensure maintenance of forklifts, conveyors, pallet jacks, dock levelers, generators, compressors, and HVAC systems.
• Conduct inspections of facilities, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and utilities.
• Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and coordinate corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend repairs or replacements as needed.
• Coordinate with contractors for specialized maintenance work and monitor energy consumption.
