Job summary

Team Ridemax Philippines is seeking a Maintenance Staff to uphold safety, functionality, and condition of warehouse facilities and equipment. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs to racking, roofing, plumbing, electrical fixtures, and basic carpentry and welding.

You will inspect systems, address leaks, perform routine facility inspections, respond to maintenance requests, and coordinate with supervisors on priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or vocational course in engineering or related field (advantage).
• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse or facilities maintenance.
• Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical maintenance.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair warehouse racking systems to ensure structural integrity and safety.
• Identify and repair roofing leaks to prevent water damage and maintain building integrity.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on warehouse facilities and equipment.
• Conduct basic welding and metal fabrication for repairs and modifications.
• Perform plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks and replacing pipes, valves, faucets, and other fixtures.
• Perform basic electrical maintenance, including replacing lighting fixtures, switches, outlets, breakers, and troubleshooting minor electrical issues.
• Complete basic carpentry work, such as repairing doors, walls, partitions, shelves, pallets, and wooden structures.
• Conduct routine facility inspections and report any structural or safety concerns.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair situations.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with company policies, safety regulations, and applicable building standards.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other departments regarding maintenance schedules and repair priorities.
